Exhibiting Strategy Planning Workshop

The first stage of our successful exhibiting process is determining a clear, focused exhibiting strategy in line with your overall marketing strategy/business plans.  The importance of this stage is paramount; it is the first stage in knowing your goals, following our unique process, measuring your results and then reviewing your strategy for future exhibitions.

The strategy planning includes:

  • Information and key statistics on your company provided by you prior to a team workshop.
  • Half-day workshop facilitated by The Exhibiting Agency for all team members with a stake in the success of the exhibition.  The workshop will determine your exhibiting goals and strategy and a suitable show campaign plan.
  • We will produce a written strategy document including your prioritised objectives, targets and audience definition.
  • Research and written recommendations conducted by The Exhibiting Agency on shows suitable to meet your objectives and audience definition.
  • Draft budget and ROI projections prepared by us for your recommended show programme, using our unique methodology for delivering a successful campaign.

The end product will be a written report and recommendations for action, in line with specific company goals and plans and together with a financial budget proposal. Thus, you will benefit from the confidence gained in having the right strategy and support for executing it within a defined budget.
